Foldable Phone Price issue

Foldable phone manufacturers have made significant strides in addressing technical challenges, improving design and functionality, yet they continue to struggle with a critical barrier: affordability. Despite impressive advancements in flexible display technology and hinge mechanisms, the cost of these innovative devices remains prohibitively high for many consumers. While engineering teams have successfully developed more durable and practical folding smartphones, the premium pricing prevents widespread adoption. Manufacturers are working to reduce production costs and streamline manufacturing processes, but currently, the cutting-edge technology comes with a substantial price premium that limits mass market appeal.
